The Pallet Inferno is the idea of Tom Weidemeier of Weidemeier Dryers and Weidemeier Sawmill.
John Richlen of Richlen Enterprises designed and built the heat treating conveyor system while the patent is held by Inferno LLC.
This machine is faster, cheaper to run and takes up less space than any other pallet heat treating machine in the market. It is safer and cleaner than the competitors by using only three phase electricity.
The machine will heat treat a semi load of pallets (approximately 660 pallets) in approximately 4 to 6 hours depending on temperatures and moisture content of the pallets. The temperature maintained within the oven is 300 – 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
The all steel construction and ceramic insulation is like no other in the industry which will lead to longer working times and low maintenance which means more on time heat treating. Also the integrated heating control system allows for user friendly operations.
